Private Care at Home, Personally Managed

When someone important to you needs care, finding individual carers is only part of the solution.

Mayday Private Client Care

You also need someone to assess what is required, select the right team, coordinate the service, communicate with the family and respond when circumstances change.

Mayday Private Client Care provides personally managed visiting care, live-in care and nurse-led complex care for people who wish to remain safely and independently in their own homes. Every care arrangement is designed around the individual’s needs, routines, preferences and way of life.

One carefully selected team. One named care manager. One coordinated plan.

Families often contact Mayday when...

  1. A parent is beginning to need more support at home;

  2. A relative is being discharged from hospital;

  3. Existing family support is becoming difficult to sustain;

  4. A person’s health or mobility has changed;

  5. Dementia is making everyday life less manageable;

  6. Overnight supervision has become necessary;

  7. A move into residential care is being considered;

  8. An existing care arrangement is unreliable; or

  9. Complex health needs require experienced, clinically supported carers.

You may live nearby, elsewhere in the UK or overseas. Mayday can provide a named point of contact who will coordinate the care arrangement and keep authorised family members appropriately informed.

You do not need to know exactly what type of care is required before contacting us. A senior member of our team can discuss the circumstances, explain the available options and arrange an assessment.
